Once a session has been confirmed, you will receive a contract to review and sign as well as an invoice with the amount of your non-refundable retainer. This amount goes towards the total cost of your session. The remaining amount is due 48 hours before your session.

You will have access to an online client portal where your specific digital images will be delivered. Processing your images will take 2-3 weeks. Photos can also be ordered for printing via my shop, in which you will also receive a print release (upon request).

1. What is the deposit for your sessions?

Any session booked requires a $100 non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session.

2. Do you help with planning our session?

Yes! If you have a location in mind where you'd like to have a session, please let me know in your questionnaire! I'm also happy to provide recommendations on some great locations where I have photographed in the past, based on the type of photos you are looking to have done. My sessions are typically in the early morning before the sun is at its peak, or in the afternoon during golden hour (sunset).

I also offer a client closet and newborn closet--let's take away the stress of figuring out what to wear!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Client cancellation will result in a refund of payments made, less the non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours of scheduled session will result in a reschedule fee of $50, with the exception of weather related events.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! Digital files are included with each package, with additional files available for purchase. You also have access to my custom store for print ordering with a high quality print company used by professional photographers.

5. Do you travel?

My photography sessions are based in Southern New Hampshire and North Central Massachusetts, typically within a 30-mile radius of Hudson, NH. Sessions outside this area are available for a travel fee of $0.50 per mile, with a maximum round-trip travel time of 3 hours.

Travel outside this radius may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you’re interested in booking a session beyond my standard service area.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! While my photography is more lifestyle based, I do have clients that wish to have posed portraits or guidance on flattering poses.

7. Can we meet before the session?

I’m happy to meet with clients (that have booked The Full Chapter) ahead of their session to talk through their vision and goals, and to make sure I’m well suited to deliver the experience and results they’re looking for.
